We stand behind the products and services we offer and therefore are happy to offer the following guarantees. Please contact us with any questions before ordering.

Money Back Guarantee

Our shared and reseller hosting accounts include a thirty (30) day, no questions asked, money back guarantee. If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your account within the first thirty (30) days you may contact us to request a full and immediate refund of your initial payment.

Unfortunately this offer does not apply to our managed servers due to the manual work involved in deploying these systems. If however you do wish to cancel, please contact us and we’ll work with you to see if we can find a mutual resolution.

Uptime Guarantee (Shared & Reseller)

Although it is rare for our servers to experience issues, technology is not (yet!) full-proof and therefore we are unable to guarantee 100% service uptime.  However, we can guarantee that we stand behind our services and are willing to provide compensation should your server be offline for more than the advertised uptime guarantee.

  • 100% – 99.9% uptime : No credit
  • 99.9% – 99.5% uptime : 5% credit
  • 99.5% – 99% uptime : 10% credit
  • 99% – 98% uptime : 15% credit
  • 98% – 95% uptime : 25% credit
  • Less than 95% uptime : 100% credit

Compensation is provided in the form of account service credits.  Customers that wish to claim a credit should contact our billing department within the first three days of the calendar month following the month of diminished uptime to request compensation.

This guarantee does not apply to planned server and network maintenance which is defined as maintenance that we announce at least two hours prior to commencement.

Network SLA (Managed Dedicated Servers)

Although it is extremely rare for our network to experience issues, we stand behind our services and are willing to provide compensation if our network is offline for more than the advertised network uptime guarantee.

In the event that you experience anything less than 99.9% network uptime in a given calendar month a credit will be applied to your account upon request.

We define network downtime as the inability to transmit or receive data due to the failure of our owned network equipment and will provide a 5% credit to each affected server for each hour of downtime beyond 0.1% per month.

Compensation is provided in the form of account service credits.  Customers that wish to claim a credit should contact our billing department within the first three days of the calendar month following the month of diminished uptime to request compensation.
