Unfortunately for security purposes we do not allow SSH access on our shared and reseller servers. However, we do offer full root/ssh access on our Virtual Private Servers and Dedicated Servers.

Most common SSH functionality (e.g. moving files, changing permissions and extracting archives) can be achieved through our control panel.

Other requests can be submit to our support department. We would be happy to execute commands on your behalf.

You can always adjust your hosting package by opening a ticket with our billing department. The process is seamless and you are only required to pay the pro-rata difference in package costs at the time of the upgrade.
